Michael Bruce Ross (July 26, 1959 – May 13, 2005) was an American serial killer. In 2005, he was executed by the state of Connecticut, making it the first execution in Connecticut (and the whole of New England) since 1960.

Michael Ross' last meal was "Turkey ala King".

He wanted what the rest of the inmate population was having.

Ross was executed by lethal injection on May 13, 2005, at Osborn Correctional Institution in Somers, Connecticut. He was 45 years old. Ross did not request a special last meal before facing his execution, thereby dining on the regular prison meal of the day: turkey à la king with rice, mixed vegetables, white bread, fruit, and a beverage.

So, now "Turkey ala King" is known as "Michael Ross" in the CT state jails.

Everyone who's has worked in corrections or has been in the can in CT will tell you that.

Ha! Anybody from Portland? Bunk's restaurant has a Cubano sandwich I might even travel all the way there for (even if it meant my death).

Joe's Stone Crab legs and a Prime 112 kobe steak with a bottle of 85' DRC, although the state's price cap  on the meal wouldn't cover either entree, let alone the wine.  I lived above the guys on death row for a while, noone was ever executed, but the chicken ala king was one of the worst meals.
