its all good, just sort of have seen these threads go from a bunch of good posts to a bunch of 1sided posts.
believe me, i dont know what to think of this executive order today. me being naive i would like to think this is no more than just trying to cover up some of the mistakes that might expose our country to other people who could hurt us, and would then hope they clean this shit up on the inside(which it seems they never do, no matter who's in office), or its the alernative of something bigger that is being covered so it wouldnt make the president look bad.
not sure what to think as it either feeds the fire of the right to ask why the president is doing this or it unveils something worse. so again me being naive, i would like to think that this is best interest for the COUNTRY, not just the president or holder.
as far as this election, i personally think obama is torn on some of the things that he has promised and not delivered because of whatever it is, bush leaving him with this, as he has used time and time again or an obstructive congress, but to me its just promising too much when a country and most of the world was heading in an eventual decline. so you would think hiring a guy like romney will be a perfect fit, but his ideals and his past statements on alot of things are just like, this guy may not have all the answers, but he certainly doesnt have any more than obama with the economy. romney was opposed to bailing out the car companies.
on social issues, romney has a lock on middle aged white men, no surprise. but hes way, WAY behind in the vote for women and latinos. him picking rubio for vice president is his really his only chance at winning. supposedly there are some issues with rubios story on how he came over here to the us in the first place, but my lack of knowledge of past pres/vp, i would think he would be the first latino to hold vp, so that is pretty big in a country where the latino vote is growing.
and then the debates. obama has debated against mccain and won and romney did not in the 08 debates where he came in 3rd to mccain and huckabee(not bad company). but it was these past gop debates that he in my opinion he was exposed by the other weaker candidates, many of them were probably cheap shots, but comapred to the rest of the field, he didn't look that impressive in the debates especially when he handled questions by gingrich and santorum who at times contradicted alot of what he has said in the past, and was made to look alot like a candidate who just panders to the audience he is speaking with that night, no matter who it is.
obama was -200 2 months ago, curious in the next week or so, especially with the health bill near a decision by the supreme court, what it will be for him to win.
Every time I read Rubio in the headlines I think it's Ricky! (Minnesota Timberwolves futures is the money pick, btw, MM). They say to never mention religion or politics in conversation. Sports, however, is fair game.

Buddy, I totally appreciate you taking a rational approach towards this but you REALLY need to read about what Fast & Furious' end goal was. They are trying to cover up the fact that F&F was one of the first steps to taking away OUR guns. Obama has even said as much and no one wants to talk about THAT. These are just the first 3 that pop up.
