tell him kick rocks. between all the offshores and locals out here, he is not really in a position to demand anything. long term he is keeping 5-7% of every dollar you wager. he should be kissing your ass. if you like his shop, maybe counter and say i will up the action but u want -105 on sides/totals and a dime line in bases.

-105 will cut his hold in half and save you $1000s. most locals have no clue how big a difference -110 to -105 is.

True, but he may end up telling you to pound salt. You don't sound like you have the same kind of "muscle' Johnny Detroit has to be tough talking the guy. You never know when you may need him.

Dam wish I had a local - getting tired of dealing with offshores but since I moved up to northern california I havent met anyone that books. Waiting weeks for payouts or sometimes getting checks that bounce is really getting annoying.
