I am pro choice across the board.( I am now an Independent, was republican till recently)  While I do not celebrate gays and lesbians, (Although I am lesbian trapped in a mans body) ...it is no different than any of us bitching about wanting to legally bet games on-line...and someone is telling us we cannot execute our civil liberties and do what we want when it comes to personal choice...

If you wanna suck penis and your a man, do your thing....just keep me out of it...do not touch me.....Same Sex stuff does not bother me in terms of that being a choice for some people.......to each his or her own, it is your right to choose just as long as you do not flaunt it in public in the eyes of children or try to make a scene out of it...then it is your choice...marry them if you want...I could care less.

With all the bullshit in the world going on, and crazy International politics with the Eruo falling off the map and Greece and other countries dead broke, the War in the Middle East, Infrastructure falling apart, American Education down the shitter and jobs being shipped overseas, who the hell cares about this subject as a political determining factor about who should lead us..???..there are much bigger problems to be solved and canidates to be judged on when looking for a leader in the upcoming election.....Gay rights is way down the freaking list!

Without Marriage these people would be living in Sin. Oh but wait, they already are. However, I'm OK with it..

How I feel personally feel about the issue should not matter. This country was not founded on the principle of majority rule...it was founded to save individual liberty from an overbearing state as well as majority rule, we live in a Republic, not a Democracy. Marriage should not be a federal or state issue in any regard. Christians tout marriage as God ordained between a man and a woman, and that is fine, that is one perspective, but that perspective has absolutely nothing to do with government. Adam and Eve did not sign a marriage license and there was no constitutional amendment to preserve/condone their actions or union. Biblically speaking, marriage is supposed to be a vow before God...what does the state have to do with that? it's a matter of the heart. People, as long as they are not harming anyone else, should be allowed to do what they want, what makes them happy...that doesn't mean I have to like what others do or agree with what others do, but I need to respect their right to do it.

Why does what someone else does with their life matter to you?  No one wants the gov't sticking their nose in gambling.  Why this?

Supposedly a free country, that gives people the right to live the way they seem fit. I think its utterly disgusting Myself. But I would rather find a way to legalize gambling then worry about this crap.

I can honestly say I've gone full circle on this thing. I was born and raised in a small town where gay people were scorned and ridiculed to no end. While it is most certainly not my thing as I have grown and evolved as a "thinking person" and traveled the world I've thankfully realize that basically what other people choose as a lifestyle is absolutely none of my business, NONE! Who the hell am I to judge what path other's choose to take? As long as they respect my space I will give the respect back and do likewise. As you grow older you can either begin taking a broader view of things in life or become an ostrich and stick your head in the sand. I do value and vigorously hold onto many old school ideals and values but I think there are just so, so many more important things we need to deal with in today's world and this should be on the bottom of the list. Hell, one of my best friends and I guy I play ball with is going through a situation where his only son, of college age recently came to his parents and is now going through the transgender process. Talk about emotional and well, financial upheaval, that stuff is not cheap guys, this guy is been put into an emotional blender. As a friend I can only be as supportive as possible.

HELL NO,PERIOD. Understand they use unimportant issues like these to distract and divide the public,same way as the two party system.there,s no difference between the two parties,they want you to think there is.The filthy rich international satanic bankers are bankrupting the planet and the federal reserve in our coutry is part of that.They are the enemies of humanity and are guilty of crimes against humanity.The wars are costing 20 million dollars a hour.The only way to save our country is for the federal gov,t. to stop spending,END THE FEDERAL RESERVE,ABOLISH THE I.R.S.Obviously the american people are both too ignorant or stupid to vote in the one guy that is running his campaign on doing those things,RON PAUL.America is making a deathly mistake and they don,t know it.the gov,t spending is unsustainable,our dollar is becoming worthless.This is what these bankers are doing purposely,they are responsible for every recession and depression and every war we have ever fought,they finance both sides.We are heading towards total destruction if we don,t cut spending,end the wars and if we ever want to take our country back,end the fed. and the i.r.s.Obama,Romney,there is no difference
