It's an embarrassment to lose especially when your handicap doesn't work. It's especially embarrassing when it comes on your Game of the Year as mine did on the Cavaliers Wednesday night.
I had a strong belief that the defending world champion Cavaliers would destroy the lottery-bound Kings at home especially after LeBron James ripped the team. It didn't happened. I'm absolutely stunned the Kings won and much credit to them.
Big plays are part of this site. I win more than I lose. There are times I step out and promote a big play when I'm very strong on a game like I was on this one.
It lost bad. I have no excuse just credit to the Kings. The worst thing for me isn't the money I lost, but the horrible feeling of letting down those who followed. I accept congrats when I win and I'm accountable when I lose. I'm not ducking critics. So rip, stab, flay, bite, kick, etc. if that's what makes you feel like a man.
I'm back handicapping Thursday's card. Thanks to those who tailed and my sincere apologies that the play laid a a total egg.
