Well I do appreciate the trust. I am certain if you contact him again he will respond, he is very good about that. If there is a delay I would say it's only because he is backed up from all the other things he does. Frankly the individual pro's here have zero control over those packages or special deals. We only have control over our daily packages, what I refer to as my featured releases. Other than those the office decides on longer term package rates, discounted cappers and such. But, from what I have gathered from the past if a customer want to tailor some sort of special arrangement then John is always willing to listen carefully and do his best to accommodate the client. So, contact his again and explain exactly what it is you want.
