It's the in-show thread time!Tonight is the charity show. Everybody's singing songs around the themes of changing lives. I think.
The rumor is there's supposed to be a big quasi-duet with Celine Dion and Elvis at the end of the show. Too exciting.
Chris Richardson is up first, singing Eric Clapton. Not sure about that song choice, but he's probably forced to sing it.
Going back to the stool like the British Invasion show, just to remind everybody of his one good performance this whole season.
Look at him trying to pull it off at the end.
Oh, and Brandon's there. I miss his hotness.
The judges liked it, but it was a little boring to me.
Melinda's up next. It's gonna be Jesus Night y'all.
Melinda's singing some Faith Hill. Guess she doesn't wanna give up the country vibe from last week.
She's really good at bringing Church to the stage. I'm half expecting hands in the air, but nobody's moving.
Paula's gonna be bawling. Crap, she's not? She must be drunk.
Yeah, got nothing to say. She has a neck tonight!
Blake's up after the commercial with John Lennon. "Imagine," probably.
Surprise! Blake's singing "Imagine."
You know, it's kind of charming. And normally I think Blake is pretty obnoxious.
The judges are meh on it. They liked the sincerity. He definitely won't be going home anytime soon.
Kiki's up after the break. Let's get some more church up in here.
She's singing some Fantasia. Way to keep it meta, girl.
Looks good in that simple black dress. And showed some real personality singing this time around. She got scared about being in the bottom 3.
The judges aren't liking her a whole lot this week, which won't bode well for her odds this week. She does look scared, though.
I'm over her.
Phil's up next.
Seacrest just told Phil that he's famous. Uh, yeah.
And he's singing Garth Brooks. If he's good with the country, stick with it if you're on the chopping block.
Can I just say his head is scaring me now? I mean, he's literally a cue ball.
He's really trying to stay in the game this week. He's reaching pretty far out with the vocal. The judges liked it, but that might not mean anything tomorrow.
Jordin's last up.
Jordin's doing Rogers and Hammerstein.
Man, she's just good. Watch out, Melinda. Holy crap. She made herself cry.
Final 2, I'm telling you.
Who's going home tomorrow? I think it'll be a Phil/Chris/Kiki bottom 3. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if it's Kiki.
