I posted a few screen shots of the site before and they were taken down. There is no entry page per se. You sign up for an account and then enter your picks right on the homepage and in batch form so you can enter as many picks as you want at 1 time or you can come back later for the late games. Process is super simple. The homepage has a grid on it. Inside each square is a game with the teams and line. There will be three choices you can make. Fave, Underdog, or no opinion. Software will also have a 'How To Use This Site' instruction. Entering the info will be a breeze once you do it one time. I worked with developers on making sure it was fast and easy. I've been on sites where you had to enter one at a time or click a million confirm buttons for each pick.
The best part is, once your picks are entered, and you've marked no opinion on the ones you leave out, the grid turns from a selection grid to a consensus grid. Where the general consensus for each game shows in the boxes. The grid is now clickable and you can click on any game and use the tool for that game. The tool will let you sort the betting pool three ways: Overall Win rate, Win Rate in Just MLB, Win Rate in this particular MLB situation. Under each filter the tool will sort the betting pool into five groups:
Sharks : 57.5% or higher
Ballers: 57.4 - 54%
Middlemen: 53.9% - 50%
Wannabes: 49.9% - 45%
Students: 44.9% and lower
The tool then lets you look at the consensus taking into account just the isolated group of your choice. If you wanna see just how the Students under the MLB Sport filter faired consensus wise on this game you can, or if you want to see how the Sharks under the Game Situation filter faired on this game, you can. It separates the general public consensus into five groups based on three different types of ability factors. This will let you add weight to the opinions that make up the consensus.
