Well 1st round went okay.. We go 2-1 on first round plays picking up 2 units. We have one of my fav pre tourney picks G mc D currently in a T-6th @ -4, also our 300-1 long shot B. Curtis T-15th along with another pony I expected to do well this week J. Rose. I'm a little disappointed with Luke and Duffy coming out flat but that's how it goes when you have 9 horses to win some are gonna show up and some simply do not..
I'll have some 2nd rd H2H along with some 3 ball posted up later tonight.

djs, had an o.k. 1st round. g. mcd. looks dialed in for you. do you have any thoughts on s. piercy. i have been following him for several years and though he has great potential, he has not produced until as of late. he may be peaking at the right time. i am not thinking of a win bet on him..yet, but a healthy matchup wager.
Yo Raymond, all of the books I use do not have him listed in any H2H plays.. He is a solid player, very avg stats wise which isn't isn't a bad thing.. I have RG to beat him in a tourney play which doesn't look like it's going to happen :( Scott P. is tied for 54th in 2nd rd scoring and some of his stats line up with this course. However I would NOT back him for rd 2. In fact he'd be on my 'fade'ar depending on the match up. Same with J. Daly but for different reasons(he's also not listed in h2h plays at any of my books hmmm funny..), If SP has a decent round tmrw which includes anything under par then you could maybe look for him in a to win play.. I would certainly bet money that he will play worse than he did today and most likely will shoot over par. You have been following him more than I have so I'd say just go with what you feel comfortable with.. How does he normally play after shooting such a brilliant first round? In a major? You know him better than I do however I wouldn't lay a dollar on him for rd 2.. Hopefully if you back him he proves me wrong..
hey djs, thanks again for the input requested. i agree 100% with your assessment on piercy. my books do not have h2h 2nd round on him either, so that removes any temptation. i do have a small bet on him vs. rg for the tourney. as for daly, i have a medium wager that he will make the cut, so even though he had an excellent day, i will still hold my breath. as you know, he can implode any time!
Second Round Match-Ups:
**Jason Dufner -129 over Geoff Ogilvy $$WINNER$$
**Padraig Harrington -125 over Phil Mickelson -loser-
**Luke Donald -126 over Zach Johnson -loser-
**All H2H plays to win 2 units
1-2 -3.02 units
2nd rd posted.. Laying some chalk but I'm not too worried. I definately look for Luke to have a strong round and make the cut. Duffy should get back on track as well.. May add one or two more later.
bol. i went with luke vs. zach also.
Haha you're right about Daly :) I'm glad your books don't have SP listed either I'd feel bad if I he plays well and I turned you off a potenial winning play. If I could find him at over/under 70.5 for tmrws rd let's just say I'd be on the over and we'll see what happens.
Windy conditions I believe the reason for the higher scores this morning. Some doing okay, including one of our ponies BVP is -3 thru his first 8 holes. The Americans seem to be struggling more than the others, some big names looking like they might not make the cut. Bubba, Kuch, Hunter and others off to a poor start today and are in danger of missing the cut.
Again it looks like I'll have a busy morning. I'll check in when I can and will be back this afternoon for 'thru two review' and 3rd rd plays.
