-English & Italian soccer giants, Liverpool & Roma, will square off in a friendly at Fenway Park at 6:30pm est. How cool is that? The match will air on ESPN2.
-Following the friendly, ESPN2 will air the MLS All-Star Game from Chester, PA at 8:30pm est. The match will pit the best from the MLS against Champion's League title holders, Chelsea.
I'm sure we'll dig up a play or two for the day.

I mentioned this to Dennis earlier, but NBS Sports will have a dedicated Soccer channel during the Olympics (a separate basketball channel as well).
I can only say for Verizion FIOS customers that channel will 596, but I am sure other carriers will have it as well.
Mark, did you say those sport-specific channels are right by the NBCSN on your cable guide?
For Verizon we have NBC Sports 590, NBC Olympic Basketball 594 and NBC Olympic Soccer 596.

1st thought: Knowing that they will have to play 3 matches in 7 days and those legs might just be tired for NKorea, and we don't know much about the Korean team other than from the WC, one would have to think that serious focus is on getting out ahead with 3pts from this France match. France will attack so our back four must be tight. Defense will certainly be a focus Wednesday and that's reflected in the total of u2.5 (-114).
