Hey brandon how did you finish up during the french open?
Movado21 Hey brandon how did you finish up during the french open?
Not well at all, Movado. We actually lost units on that tournament overall, even though we cashed a futures bet on Rafa to win the tournament. It's the second major we've lost money at in the past year, including last year's Wimbledon.
But we think this year can be different at the All English Club.
Thanks brandon, i'll be following your picks
Good Luck this year BW with Wimbeldon plays, cash some tickets!
OK, I've looked over the draw time and time again. It's going to be a good tournament.
Initial thoughts for the men
I think RAFA might have the easiest road to get to the quarterfinals.
Federer has the best draw of the big four guys, buy would have to face Djoker in the quarts.
John Isner is going to have a tough first match.
The Americans could have a decent showing, for what few of them are actually playing.
Women
Despite being the top ranked player in the world and coming off a French Open win AND having won this tournament before, there are a LOT of good players in Maria Sharapova's way. That's going to be grueling.
Agnieszka Radwanska could have trouble in her second round matchup. I think Sam Stosur can reach the quarts.
Serena Williams as a SIX SEED is dangerous. Remember, she is favored here. Plus, she suffered her most embarrassing loss ever at a Major back at the French Open, losing in the first round for the first time ever. Something tells me she will probably be pretty focused for this tournament. In her way? Defending champ Petra Kvitova.
Best draw? Victoria Azarenka. I think Marion Bartoli is the only woman in her side of the bracket that could actually beat her on a grass surface, so she COULD have a decent road to the quarterfinals.
Looking forward to it. $£BOL£$

We will be taking a couple of "to win" bets that some people might question, but based on what we KNOW and the draws, I think we will have a good chance with both.
To win tournament:

.375 units Novak Djokovic +155
.50 units Victoria Azarenka +800
.50 units Maria Sharapova +250
