there must be something out there that will charm your wife, bwiz. the ryder cup would be a tremendous experience. i went with you on mick vs. z. johnson. mick has been steadily picking his game up lately but with this tourney, who knows. mick shot a solid 5 under yesterday and still could only muster a push vs. dufner. z. johnson is no slouch.
i'll be damned! ol mick came through for us.
Good stuff guys, bwiz go to the Ryder!! I need BVP to go low tomorrow, he's four shots back now after an unimpressive 71 today.. we've seen some low scoring this week and I won't be surprised if Pelt gives himself a chance to win tomorrow.

i am going with phil also. i took him at 3-1 to win with a moderate bet. i also took him h2h overs singh, though i had to lay heavy juice. was about even in h2h wagrers yesterday and still looking positive on my tourney picks.bol.
got back 2 units on Sunday. but still -2 units for the tourney. NOT HAPPY! oh well we have some time now to regroup! i know there is some nice $$ to be made! Ray you are right, the Ryder Cup is an awesome event. i was luckily to go to Brookline when the US made the UNREAL comeback! Quick little story on that....I did not go on Sunday, because my girlfreind (now wife) had a paper due (at the time she was a college student), so i passed on my ticket, in great part because the Europeans were getting really aggravating with all their celebrating. it was real tough to take Ole,Ole,oohhhleeaa!!! CONSTANT everywhere! They celebrated on Saturday like it was over! everyone pretty much agreed! sad USA fans heads down doing a death march going home on Saturday. Anyway, we all know what happened on Sunday!!!! As the chaos broke lose once matches were decided ahead the fans were busting onto the fairways and heading up to 18 to celebrate. My 3 friends i were with the previous 2 days were running up 17 smashing beers and screaming like crazy...all of a sudden someone jumped on my friends back....PAYNE STEWART! My friend stumbled and almost fell turned around and saw who it was and gave him a huge bear hug!! all he was saying was "WE EFFING DID IT..WE EFFING DID IT!!!!!" they tried to chase after him, but they did not stand a chance. I turned down my RC ticket that day...missed what probably has to be one of the best days ever for USA golf and defenitley missed out on a once in a life time opportunity! i thought you and any golf fan would appreciate this quick Ryder cup story. (especially if you were a Payne fan as pretty much everyone was!!!) Reasons #1,247,657, and #1247,658 why i dont want to turn it down!!!
good story on the past ryder cup, bwiz. i ended up in the plus for the tournament but certainly not anything to brag about. we gamblers can probably use a week's rest from golf, at least, as well as the players. i sure hope bwiz makes it to the ryder cup.
I agree Raymond, a week off the golf will be nice as I'm still out of town on business.. I'll have a card up for next weeks Tour Championship! We won't get a $10,000,000 bonus but we'll see if we can pick up a few units. See ya then.. Hopefully bwizzy makes it to the Ryder Cup! $BOL$
i am sorry to report....my begging is NOT going well! i am thinking by this weekend, when i have to give my yea or nea....i think i have to toss out the "you go on a trip with a friend and no kids"! maybe that will work? having a 3 kids, one of which is a month old at home is not helping my position! It is going to be a real tough sell, but i am up for the challenge! i dont want to miss out!
