RGRIKKI92 - Giants
My selection on this game is backed by a 12-0 Situation confirmed by a 264-27 situation. It is good enough for me to make it a 3* Top Play.

Thx Joe for taking the time and glad you agree. Have a great day!! & GL 2nite in the NFL!
btw, this is probably one of my favorite threads (Judge Joe), i read every response; and it's very interactive.
HOTCORNERS - Vandy
Fully agree that Vandy is the superior defensive team. Wildcats defense will look like swiss cheese to Vandy's QB Rogers after facing the Gamecocks stop unit. But NWestern has fire power of its own, The momentum of an improbable comeback win and extra value based on Vandy's strong showing last week.
VERDICT - HUNG JURY
Hey Joe,
I'm looking at fading the gamecocks this week, line value is gone, all I see is 21.5's but ECU will have revenge on the cocks after they rallyed back from down 17 in the 1st half to win by 2 TD's + last year. On the flipside the cocks will be prepared remembering going down by 17 and almost getting beat. The key thing to remember about that game is that Spurrier was mad at Garcia and didn't start him, and suprised everyone by putting in Shaw who was obviously unprepared. But Garcia finally came in and rallyed the team. In regards to recent news I see ECU had trouble beating App St last week and possibly are going to miss loosing QB Davis from last year. The key factor to me though is Connor shaw has a deep shoulder bruise or Shoulder contusion depending on where you read it. The Gamecocks were -3.5 yds/play over 3 possesions w/o Shaw in the game last week. The Gamecocks have huge QB depth issues. Gotta rest Shaw over this game and UAB game leaving the back door wide open???
Bear in mind I am relatively new to American Football so my 'analysis' may not be up to standard!!
Anyway i'm looking at Philadelphia Eagles -9.0 v Cleveland.
My thinking is that Philly suffered at the beginning of last year, somewhat due to 'dream team' tag but I think this reason was probably overstated..I think a bigger reason was a poor and/or underperforming O-Line that wasn't able to give Vick any protection. On top of this on the defensive side of the ball they were pretty horrible in the early games - but they did improve as the season went on and finished the season very strongly. All Phillys recievers are of course very strong and I just think that if the O-Line can give Vick the protection he needs to find weapons like Jackson and Macklin then we could be looking at a blowout.
I realise I am only looking at one team when analysing this game but I just think Philly has too much if their defence has improved as much as has been reported
Sorry if this 'analysis' is not very good, but I'm a newbie at this sport!
ToofdocHell, I'm from Alabama and I'm a little slow and bad about following directions. I didn't read the rules and I'm always looking for the easy route.
Toofdoc, WAR DAMN EAGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there any chance of getting a retrial on the grounds that my last lawyer was an uninformed idiot and didn't know the format?
Northwestern not only covers the 3' but wins the game outright! I'm not sure what made anyone think SCar was good at anything last Thursday. The gamecock QB was wounded early and SC was held to only 67 yards passing and Vandy still LOST! Northwestern gave up 482 yards passing(114 rushing)but still managed to WIN! Watching that game, Northwestern got a sizable lead and then went lax and it took them a minute to restart their engines. Northwestern was a team that didn't quit last year and they proved last week that they still have that same mentality. The Vandy loss has to be demoralizing and they left it all on the field last week against an SEC foe and I don't see how they could possibly get fired up for this game.
Badfish - ECU
You make good points in your arguments particularly if QB Shaw is less than 100% following the injury vs. Vandy. But Carolina defense is miles superior to that of ECU. Nonetheless, must agree with your selection pending injury update but mostly because of the situation.
VERDICT - AGREE
Verdict remains unchanged based on Vandy's SEC pedigree and stronger defense vs. the situational edge where Northwestern off their comeback win and Vandy's possible letdown following the crushing SC loss.
VERDICT - Remains HUNG JURY.....
