I would have to say Mike Hook, but there are several cappers here that specialize in certain conferences. Stevebeav in the PAC 12, Pool in the OVC, Tony George in the Big 12, Griff in the SEC, The O'ster in the Big Ten, Oopie in the Big East ..... The list goes on. There are many talented cappers here. Gill Alexander is one no One ever seems to mention. Dont get Me wrong, You can pry WIn with most of the PG cappers but You dont see Gills Name mentioned much, but the Guy flat out Wins in CFB.
