i have a sports app on my phone that tracks my bets... its also has a feature where you can see what they think the scores will be... decided to back track a bit and see how i would have done following......looking at the number for recent bowl games ATS is 6-13 a whopping 31.58% and guess who they have tonight.... Clemson 31 West Virginia 27.....
2011 NBA attempt at capping Official Plays 29-15-2 (65.90%) Plays w/ Leans 39-26-2 (60.0%) (really like) plays 6-0 (100.00%)
what app do you have?
If you are that concerned, why not bet the other way if you like the other side. Helly Billy Walters does it lol
For instance, lets say you bet Clemson -3 for 100, Why not bet WV for 150 at 3 1/2. Hell, the way these bowls are going it will finish 30-27 Clemson, you will push the Clemson bet and win the WV bet?
its called ultimate bet pro....
If you bet them -2.5 you should be thrilled. You've likely beat the closing number
You want a handicapping tip? Spend as much time getting a good number as you do researching games. Depositing/withdrawing/depositing/withdrawing is a bitch, but I guarantee you will lose less, or win more. I can't guarantee that for any other piece of advice
"There is no such thing as luck, just random fluctuations of probability"
thanks billy... thought about that.. but still in my gut i like clemson... guess i'm gonna let it ride...
on the other hand I could say 31% is terrible and the program is due for another win haha
I mean, if you did get Clemson at 2 1/2, odds are it wont happen...........lets say you bet clemson for 100, you can bet 50 on WV..........that way you can still follow your gut.......and you have a small but a pretty fair chance of hitting a middle!
true.. i'll prob put 50 on wv +3.5 problem is i just go throught my local and at 3.5 its -135 but i just did hedge a little anyways
Good luck

Way more equity in holding onto your 2.5 if the line closes at 3.5. especially if you have to pay -135. That's a no brainer
