Yeah man its good to be a philly sports fan these days, even the flyers just extended JVR, our young rising star. And with new ownership for the sixers maybe they get back to being competitive in the near future too if they ever play basketball again, lol. Checking out dr bobs site now and plan on reading some of the essays and other stuff when i get some time later today.
By the way I agree with him about wisconsin too. I dont thnk they will finish out of top 25 like he said but there not gonna be anywhere near the top 10 by years end in my opinion. His site is pretty cool. "I'll see ya around the hood", lol.
gill alexanderDr. Bob is a giant in the industry, period. I consider it nothing short of an honor that he would come on the show, let alone for such a lengthy period of time. Suffice it to say that I also felt compelled to make my final remarks on the show about his place in the industry, as it relates to syndicates, as a way to try to convey to anyone and everyone that holds the notion that the sharpest bettors in the world (and syndicates alike) look or act a certain way, that they might just want to rethink it all. And based on my off-the-record conversation w him in July, I'm aware of just who seeks advice from him. That ought to be enough right there to make anything he has to say compelling to anyone. His take on the Badgers was eye-opening. Interesting to know that you're thinking along the same lines. Called every Badger fan I knew yesterday to let them know and they were not pleased.
Yeah he was a good guest, didnt come off like a tout or anything like that at all. I had heard of him before todays show too and by taking one look at his website you can tell he is the real deal. Has past records that go back inot the 90's too which makes him very credible. I would not be pleased either if I was a badger fan and heard him say that, I see em losing 2 or maybe 3 games this year an dfinishing in the 15-25 range, hell if they take a 3rd loss the good doctor may be right after all about finishing out opf the top 25, quite possible. When you said you'd see him around and he said no he'd be working is not shocking of an answer at all judging by listening to him for an hour. Good stuff man, you get some good guests.
