Mr. Moke

BOL during the bowls Sleepy.  I'll be shocked if LSU isn't at least a 3.5 point favorite over Louisville.  Louisville has been really bad for many weeks.

Could be right, LSU has been playing well and they are healthy...I just worry about the QB Vs. QB battle....LSU hasn't seen a offense that can pass and run with a elite QB and good defense besides Bama...Maybe it will be a pickem.

FWIW most teams play 1 bum team maybe two at best in the big conference...Not 3 !!!

Thanks for the discussion, but you are confusing me, sleepyj

- Did you say A&M bad OOC? or did you say "the SEC OOC is a JOKE?" a very strong statement from a capper. Did you base on one team then concluded the same thing for its conference? It's the same thing as saying "the SEC is so bad" and reasoned by "because Mizzu is so bad" LOL

- I would never argue about LSU should be #3 or not, it's up for debate; but when you said you would take a top 15 or even a top 25 team SU over LSU... that's when I wanted to ask you that are you willing to take the #13 CFP team in the nation (one of the team you mentioned above) ML over the #20 LSU in this coming Bowl?

- "Big10 top 5 = 52 wins......SEC = Like 41 depends" You are contradicting yourself here. What you showed here is that the SEC top teams did not feed on bottom teams. In earlier thread you ranted "beating up on Vandy, Miss St and Ole Miss accounts for big kudos across the board for every team is just crazy." These are very strong words you used here, and it's based on nothing but bias.

- "Every team in the SEC has 4 or more losses...just sayin..." You really lost me here. Yes every SEC teams not named Alabama have 4 or more losses. Does it make the SEC a bad conference? They have 4 losses or more because there is good parity in the conference (very opposite to your rant that SEC teams beat up on bad SEC teams to pad up their records) You should look at how each conference fared in OOC, and the SEC did as well or better than most of other conferences.

Hope you take it as a friendly discussion/disagreement ...

My point can be taken a few different ways...Explain how Auburn who has 3 throw away teams and stronger SOS then Va Tech who has only 1 throw away team.

As far as taking Louisville ML...No...Even if they got +3 I wouldn't take them.....I wouldn't trust them after all the title hopes have been dashed...LSU is playing well and healthy for the first time in a while, i think LSU might try to make the season a success, plus the coaching deal with them is a big positive.....I think motivation is a very strong factor in these games...I lean LSU as long as they aren't laying points....As for your next question....Louisville would've beaten LSU earlier in the season IMO, but I think LSU might be able to beat them as of right now.....Which team is better overall without all the late season stuff...I think Louisville is a better team overall, but motivation might kill them here....I very well might land on LSU for this game...Louisville has had a ton of hype and the Heisman front man as well..Might be a good way to get bettors looking at Louisville laying points..I would disagree with betting them though.

You're correct the SEC didn't feed on bottom teams in the SEC, they fed on 2 and 3 bums OOC teams across the entire conference...Thats how they set it up....Look at how many conf games combined they played and look at how many conf games other teams played in conference..You will see the difference...That is one of my big points.

Big 12 Vs. SEC (Both teams 14 teams in Conf)

I went through the entire Big 12, not 1 team has played 3 bum teams...I counted W. Mich as a bum team for 2 of the Big 10 teams...They got a few E. Kty and howard games...I included all the mac and sunbelt teams...list is about 20 bum teams throughout the entire conference.

SEC - chatt - tex st - alcorn - ark st - aamu- monroe - umass - unt - nichols - so.miss -newmexst - peay - jackst - somiss - so.ala - samford - umass - emu -dsu(never heard of this team) - wofford - ga sou- umass - w. caro - tenn tech - prairie view - new mexst - utsa - tennst

marked la tech- ullaf - appst - ohio - mid tenn- and kent st as quality teams...and about 6 others that i ditched out from SEC, which i didnt do for the the big 10 for every team....So it's a wide gap from conf to conf with who these teams are playing...A WIDE GAP...then to lose 3 and 4 games and have this many layups in the conf is a little crazy..how these teams land in the top 25 is beyond me...The reason they all get demolished by alabama is because they are that bad.

To answer your question...Is the SEC is a bad conference...Hell no, but the last three years the conference is way down...The results show that vs. the schedules they have all played...Yet they get all this hype about how tough the schedules are..i dont understand that one bit with layups for every team and some teams getting 3 games giving to them each year...The SEC is great for football, but they really need to work on getting some QB's in that conference...The best QB is hurt and he was the biggest threat to alabama...That's a fact....Without a QB in that conference, most teams will never beat a alabama...They get the recruits each and every year...Good for them for doing it, they do a kick ass job...I'm not bias against the SEC, i'm bias against the frauds that think the SOS is so strong because they think the conference is so strong...When it's not.....Houston beats up on Louisville and Oklahoma...Yet they sit outside the top 25....Show me 1 SEC team that beat a #13 and a #7 team besides alabama...You can't therefore it's bias...Houston lost to 3 teams in conference, just like 6 total teams in the SEC, yet none of them beat a Louisville or Oklahoma caliber team...They all lost to ranked teams.....It's the media and pollsters that are bias not me..I'm just stating whats in front of me....Now they get to play the mia-oh of the owrld in bowl games and come out with blowout wins and look like they had a dominating conference..they didnt.

Unbelievable sleepyj.

Your first rant was POSTED on Dec 4, at 10:30 AM (which is TODAY), your second time saying that the 15 teams (including Louisville) would beat LSU was posted on Dec 4, at 8:24 PM (which is tonight).

Only 3 hours later, this is what you just said "I wouldn't trust them after all the title hopes have been dashed...LSU is playing well and healthy for the first time in a while, i think LSU might try to make the season a success, plus the coaching deal with them is a big positive.....I think motivation is a very strong factor in these games."

My question is WHAT HAVE CHANGED in the last 3 hours??????? Was Louisville title hope just dashed tonight? Was LSU just "got healthy" tonight? Was the coaching deal just announced tonight? Was Louisville motivated 3 hours ago and not motivated now? WHAT HAVE CHANGED ??????

In your first rant about "beating up on Vandy, Miss St and Ole Miss  accounts for big kudos across the board for every team is just crazy" not one word about the OOC or is it? Did I mis-read your post?

Now you are saying about the SEC weak OOC "they fed on 2 and 3 bums OOC teams across the entire conference...Thats how they set it up....Look at how many conf games combined they played and look at how many conf games other teams played in conference." I can tell you right now that you are WRONG AGAIN. If you can put something meaningful on the table I will show that to you.

I said id take 15 teams over LSU on a neutral field. I feel 15 teams are better than LSU....Right now with all the handicapping involved..I would not bet Louisville against LSU, but I would have 8 weeks ago..In a blowout/////As far as the schedules are concerned...It's not even a debate...The SEC schedules are set up with 2 and 3 OOC games for each team...(these games just so happen to come before the SEC biggest games...which is another joke....Show me in the BIg10 and pac12 what teams have 3 OCC bad teams on the schedule..I'm taking bums....add up all the crap teams the entire SEC conference plays Vs. the other power 5 conferences....It's not even close....The schedules are set up much different for the SEC....i just showed you 28 teams and I threw out about 12 teams that i included into the big10...It's like a 20 games difference for bums in the SEC...look at the schedules..no table needed.

I actually forgot what your point was...so u agree that LSU is the 3rd best team in the nation and that the SEC schedule isn't rigged and the SOS rankings they get are deserved.....If you answer yes to any of these..I disagree with any of your yes answers.
