QB Knighten is listed as probable
Not only is he going to start tonight, but he is also 100% healthy here. Local reports indicate he was ready to go against Idaho, but waited one more week here for conference jaunt. He has been a rehab beast, notable quotes from both himself and coach are excited for return, and there will be zero alterations needed. Knighten went down in the 3rd qtr against mizzou (9-12-15) and this will be his return game.
In addition, they will get Mundie back 2nite, who suffered an injured knee. It was thought would require surgery and possible season ending, but he has responded very well to local injections and is going to play tonight. While it is not certain that he will extend his role to prior injury level (maybe), he will be used as needed and see adequate playing time tonight. He has 9 tackles, 2 for losses.
SoBam only returns 5 starters from LY's terrible team, however, the jags are performing well with an UAB senior transfer in QB clemmons. They also have decent run support. Defensively they have over performed and kept a low=middle tier Troy team in check and bucking for best start in quite some time.

USC Trojans, Missouri and Toledo
If you haven't been cashing in on the rockets this year, shame on you. They are legit and easy conference winners with a very good shot to go undefeated. No joke. I have seen two of their games and now their chalk is mid to high teens and still covering. Trojans were in LA. Mizzou struggles, but their defense had problems keeping the red wolves out. So good point regarding SOS.
I figure somebody thinks they know something regarding Knightens "probable" status here. But he is 100% guys and ready to rock and roll from very legit local sources. True that State has sucked hind end ATS this year and on the road under Anderson. But this one is a mismatch, imo & peebles stadium is where they play the "go daddy" bowl. The very bowl that state has accepted for last 4 years and performed a barnyard stomp on opposition.
