Great "under the radar" play, IMO. Good luck, Marco. In a game like this, I will most always go to the Texas-based football team simply for the talent.

Marco...I have covered UTSA football since the day they hired Larry Coker, I have covered every game and called a few games. This is the 1st ever game for UTSA for a WAC game, the teams they have beat have been against players that come from lower high school division background. We were extremely surprised UTSA was only getting 3, here in San Antonio, the media was projecting atleast 7. Due to the fact that we have absolutely no clue how our roadrunners will favor against a true division 1 school, its their first time ever playing against big boys, we feel they will come out w disoriented and confused. As much as alot of us wanted to pull the trigger on the 3, we are very hesitant because of this and not knowing how they would react to their first division 1 game. Alot of the UTSA players we have interviewed all week, are also anxious to see how they will perform as some are nervous for this game. We appreciate your thoughts and always enjoy the takes, but we do not know how Larry Coker and these kids will react to their first big game ever in school history. As this is only their 2nd year ever to play football and this will be their first game against a division one school.

Thanks for the feedback Madman all good stuff and I agree this is a test but New Mexico St is the best team for them to face as there first true test. This play is as much against New Mexico St as it is going with UTSA. I believe you come out passing your first test and you get the win here. Again thanks for the insight on this game.
