djs, i went with you on e. mich. good luck on the year. i know you live in far western canada but when you mentioned canada it brought back fond memories. it has been a few years but two of my favorite places to visit are old montreal and old quebec city. i live on the n.y and vermont border and montreal is under 3 hours away. although quebec city is another 4 hours i have been to each several times. i went to n.y. state university in plattsburg for graduate school for a year and a half which is abouut 40 minutes from montreal. having much french blood in me, i especially have wonderful remembrances of the young french canadian fillies! sorry to get off track, but your canadian reference sent my mind in pleasurable retrograde. again, bol.
Sorry about the e mich play Ray and anyone else that followed.. It's not over yet but I've written it off after they gave up 24 unanswered 3Q points. Ray I'm glad you've enjoyed your time in Canada it's a beautiful country. I've heard nothing but good about Montreal and Quebec although I've never been there myself. I'm planning to go spring/summer next year.

1-2 today for -1.3 units, not the way I wanted to start the year but only getting warmed up. The E. Mich fell apart in the 2nd half as it was 13-13 at the break then a poor 3Q by e.m. let me down. I really like both of tomorrows plays, I believe we'll be well into the green by the end of the week. $BOL$
e. mich. was no big setback for me as it was a very small play. the big play for me was s. carolina on the ml and that was a nailbiter. i think i will go a little more reservedly at least through the first week. bol.
Yes Ray, most do bet conservative through the first week. I did last year as I mentioned. I'm glad the SC ml play cashed for you, I had it tied into a number of two teamer plays myself. I'm kicking myself for not taking Vandy +7/7.5, I was being conservative lol.
