I've got three two games circled that I like.  Can't get down w/ my local yet, but will keep eye on news and stats.

#1  Notre Lame (+17)......... I must be in Ireland, cuz my penis is dublin. (LOL).  this game will be played in ireland, dublin at 0900 our time.  while navy gets the nod su, don't think they will be able to pull off a three score win.  travel time is always a bitch and often times lackluster effort in great britian games.  notre dame looks good on paper and should contest.

#2  NW @ syracuse under 55......... big east under.  wildcats breaking in new qb (colter) and prob be a bit mo' conservative.  cuse offense still young and troubled.  i feel like this one is chalked too high and leans too much on persa and previous year expectations for cats.

#3  Iowa State (+1)........ the cyclones play a very tough home dog, and 'canes just lost their all star qb to the draft.  this one will be in ames, IA (where they make all the long handled tools); and c-usa wanna be 'canes not likely to get good start.  ISU has pitiful road record, but imo, this line should be cyclones (-3) at home.  there has been some shift towards them as well here.

I will post these on the forum in this discussion format and see if we can get some forum fodder and updates on any of these.

Love the early chatter with the multiple conf. plays, and really like that under & think +17 is awful lot of points to be giving the Irish.....but based on my unfamilarity of these teams, i dont have a lot of thoughts on these three games.......but would love to hear other's insight whom are more knowledgable with these programs....

Great # BB.  Navy has won 12 times since the 1920's, something like 12-72-1 w/ the irish.  a rivalry game overseas in predom. irish catholic area of western europe.  seems strange to even see Navy favored in that game.  Maybe "they" (vegas) is trying to wet bettors whistles early and get 'em going.

I'm on the irish too.....

Thx BB.  I was looking over lines this morning @ Vegas Ins. and they have Navy favored.  No wonder I like it, LOL.  It "really" jumped off the page.

I DO NOT like the irish giving up 17 pts.......

fwiw, I usually look over a broad # of books, but really look to stations - as I like using their line.  someone needs to fix that quick.  covers had the right team favored........

The way that Navy runs the ball (and clock), I cannot see the Irish covering 3 scores.

I could, the way Southern Miss beat the shit out of em last year...55-7 if i recall correctly.....but i dont follow Navy or Notre Dame close enough to have a good feel for this one, plus Notre Dame is always over rated....

I was thinking of taking San Jose State +25.5 against Stanford. Anybody have any input on that one. Just seems to me that San Jose is getting better and there will probably be a considerable dropoff at Stanford.

Stanford may have some drop off but there is not enough talent at San Joes State to exploit it, in addition to the fact Stanford likes to run the ball with sr running back Taylor I look for Stanford to keep their steak going against San Jose State covering their last last 7 at home and 8 out of their last 9 meetings overall...
