Hoopsd24- Like RJ remarked in his podcast,"Resolving Conflict - The Pregame Way", which I highly suggest you and bobderwin et al. go back into the podcast archieves and listen to, everyone is not going to like or get along with everyone. When you find someone, you don't particularly like or agree with then insult, instead of opening up,old wounds and belittling tha person or trying to provoke them (like brnging up the Elon issue), simply stay out of that person's thread. There are several people I am not fond of who post here, so rather than do what you and bobderwin do, continue to open old wounds and convey your dislike of me, you should just simply stay out of my threads. I have never gone into any of your threads and never will, nor have I ever gone into bobderwin's threads, because to be as blunt as I can, I don't like either one of you and don't care to read your posts nor do I respect any of your opinions. So I simply take RJ's advice and stay out of peoples treads you don't like. What part of "I don't like you or bobderwin" and a couple of others don't you understand? A eigth grade child would understand that. Lets hope you both do as well.

I think he was taking issue with the highlighted sentence above. You did believe that Elon was worth a 20* because I followed as well. I don't bet more than 2x my normal bet on anything so it didn't hurt any more than my other losses and was not bitter in the least b/c I understand that even the best selections lose. But I think it is slightly misleading to say the above when history has proven otherwise. Also, to be fair you have taken all rating off of your plays since then and just kept a simple won/loss record which I think is much cleaner.

Harry, I did not even respond to a post by you. I did not mention you by name in my post. I simply agreed with a poster in a FORUM!!! It seems to me that you have a couple of issues.
1. The meaning of the word forum, from Webster's online "a medium, such as a newspaper or online service, of open discussion or expression of ideas".
2. NOT everyone is out to get you, did you ever consider that maybe, just maybe, some folks are trying to HELP you. You take EVERYTHING way to personal!
Griff- Thanks! I know I have the right side. But sometimes the right side does not always win. L.S.U. opened up as the favorite long ago. The sharpest, most succesful gamblers (whales) in the gambling business are on Alabama. The line does not move (and cross zero) unless the best and the brightest move it for a good reason. The biggest sportsbooks in the world, knew those who liked LSU would have taken LSU at PK. So why would they give the majority of people who are wagering tonight on LSU,PK or even a point, when they don't have to? Thats easy, because the real brightest and those who are the sharpest of the sharp, are betting on Alabama, and the big sportsbooks are going to make them pay to bet on Alabama by forcing them to lay 1, 1 1/2 or 2 or 2 1/2 points. Guess what, the giants (players) in the industry don't care, as they believe Alabama will win by 3 or more. Its that simple. Your typical LSU bettor really thinks he or she is stealing something with those couple of points. Guess what? They won't win this bet. Its tough to lose the last CFB bet of the year regardless of the amount. Eve the recreational player will suffer a loss. Those who wager on Alabama will sleep well tonight! Roll Tide!

When Myles and Jefferson leave, the Tigers can return to the top. Its a crime what Myles did to QB Lee! Even the +60,000 LSU fans in the Superdome, with 6 minutes to go in the game, were screaming for QB Lee to be put in. Nice going Les, great way to send off a 5 year senior, who without him, you would never have gone 8-0. Myles = class act? I think not.

If I swayed just one bettor off LSU to Alabama, its rewarding to me. I'm far from a Pro, but I know SEC Football! Not to mention the $ I was fortunate to win. LSU simply has at least 40 players (15 starters), who could not pass academic requirements to go to the schools of their choice. As long as you can make a X, you can get accepted to L.S.U. Hard to make defensive adjustments when you can't make a ACT score over 14. lol. That was in the newspaper a year ago, in New Orleans in The Times-Picayune Newspaper. Thats what you were up against. It was reported in todays New Orleans Newspaper, The Times Picayune Sports Section, that ex- Saint QB Bobby Hebert, whose son played for LSU, confronted Les Myes yesterday, in a interview conduted by Hebert who works for WWL AM Radio Station in New orleans, and told Myles how rotten he was not to let 5 year player QB Lee play in the game. Hebert's son, "T-BOB", remarked the team "really dislikes Myes" and "hoped he was replaced soon." WOW!
