I have averaged out the four major recruiting services team rankings for all 130 schools — 247Sports, Rivals.com, Scout.com and ESPN — and created the consensus team recruiting rankings for 2017. I also took into consideration the average star rankings per player from all four services meaning a class of 15 players could rank higher than a class with 25 players due to the quality of their signees.  (Total =  # of signees, 5-star =  # of star-rated signees)
