Funny, this is the 3rd post I have made now in recent days in which I agree with Stephen Nover! Haha. Channeling my inner professor, I suppose.
Yes, Stephen, I too believe that Colorado is a program that is on the rise - certainly not to National Championship standards as they were back in the late 80's early 90's - and they are still not a great team but they are decent. I actually attended two games last season in Boulder and watched them beat Hawaii and take UCLA to double OT.
My reasoning here however is not only that I believe they are improving but more so that I believe pubic perception is that this team is still the doormat of The Pac-12 and one should be able to get good line value with this club for most of the season - or until the oddsmakers catch up to what I think will be a team covering a lot of spreads. Should be some good Home Dog opportunities with The Buffaloes as well.
As far as College Football goes, I am primarily a West Coast guy and more specifically, a Pac-12 guy. I also feel that CAL and Washington State will be much improved this season - and like Colorado, should also provide some very good line value until if and when, they start covering at a noticeable clip.
My $.02
Thank you and have fun!
