A lot of games this weekend but only a few games I see as really good bets. I like to go through the games I like then do my research and start finding reasons why not to bet games so that I instead of betting on 10 games I'm eliminating half of them.
My first pick is in 325/326 Baylor @ West Virginia. While I do have a slight lean towards the Mountaineers at home I've decide to leave that alone because this game is going to be a shoot out, I'm talking basketball score type shoot out. The Over is at 80-81, I think this is going over that with relative ease. The last two times these two have met at least one team has put 70 on the board so you do the math.
OVER 80 BAYLOR/WEST VIRGINIA -loss
Next game is another noon start in Tulsa where the Golden Hurricanes host South Florida. When I saw this line I thought it was possibly a mistake, just based on the eye test I would have USF favored by at least 3-4 pts, it opened at USF+1 and now is -2. Just based on the eye test of these two teams I can't see Tulsa pulling out a victory here, they won their opening game against a Tulane team that took overtime, while USF played ECU, Wisconsin and Maryland tough in losing efforts. The Bulls come out here with a win
USF -2 win
The New Mexico Lobos travel to Colorado to play Air Force in a battle of similar styles. Running game will rule this one as the option attack will be on full display on both sides. I look for New Mexico to keep it close as a live dog right here getting 9.5. Last year they beat Air Force 45-37. I'll take them this year with the points.
N.M. +9.5 win
The Cal Bears host UCLA and the real question is which team will show up for both sides. UCLA had a lot of hype coming into the season, but have been exposed two weeks in a row in back to back home loses to Utah and a thumping by Oregon. Cal had played decent but got taken to the wood shed last week by Washington.Underdog is 12-5-1 ATS in their last 18 meetings. With a little hesitation I stayed on Cal here though I would definitely call this my weakest pick.
Cal +7.0 win
Last but not least "The Game of the Century" part 2, same result as the last time, ND wins outright, so the Irish +10.0 back on the board is a gift, and Winston will try to take it but the Irish will teach him that "no means no" and he won't be putting his "signature" on this game.
ND +10
Good Luck to All, and remember you can always hedge a bad bet on Live Betting if your careful...if not you can lose more money in a hurry!
