My biggest piece of advice is find a conference outside of the power 5 and do your work in that conference. You can still handicap all of college football but I have found great success in finding advantages in lines involving other conferences. I also follow certain teams for example I follow Umass Amherst and they stink but its profitable. BC dominated them in week one and I expect a bad Colorado team to cover next week. Colorado is in for a long year and after a tough loss to Colorado State last week they travel across country in their one real chance to switch roles. I really believe that when a bad team has a chance to put up points they take advantage of it. The Colorado kids know they are in for a long year and I believe they will show up and put it on Umass. Take Colorado -17 and I will look for similar situations throughout the season.
