Yankees-Mets Over 6 1/2
These two teams just put up a combined 35 runs during the first two games of this series. Granted, those games were at Yankee Stadium with a DH and Masahiro Tanaka wasn't one of the starting pitchers.
But it's safe to say both teams are swinging hot bats. Tanaka sure looks like the real thing since coming over from Japan, but it's still only mid-May and Mets starter, rookie Rafael Montero, is totally untested on the big league level as he makes his first major league start.
Given the vulnerabilities of the bullpen, I think this total is just too low.
Weather won't be a factor and home plate umpire Mike DiMuro is neutral when it comes to over/unders. So it really comes down to each team putting up three runs apiece, which I see happening.
I have won 8 of my last 10 paid/free plays and have a Triple Star NBA Slam Dunk play going today. I am 35-20-1 on my last 56 Triple Star max unit wagers. It can be found here: /pregamepros/pro-bettor/bettor.aspx?id=7746#capper.
As always, let's have no bad luck!
