Hey guys I'm looking at this Braves - Marlins game with Buehrle going against Hanson. These guys just faced each other a week ago, although each guy pitched pretty well, lineups should be familiar with the pitchers given that they saw them so recently. What do you guys think of an O/8 play on that game?

5Dimes has the line at Over 8 +100  Under 8 -110.   Is that a hint into their thinking?  I'm going to keep an eye on the line movement.  Good points, Danny, let me know what you decide.

5dimes now has it as -117U.  I lean Over, but Miami has played a lot of Unders lately. Also, this is the fourth time Buehrle faces the Braves this season, and he's pitched fairly well in the last three giving up 4, 2, and 2 runs. So he's actually gotten better. Though he still has an era over 5 at home, Hanson was pitching poorly until he faced the Marlins last time out and only gave up one run. Maybe I'm being too selective but I wouldn't pull trigger on this one.  There's actually a few games tonight where pitchers just faced the opponent their last time out. Interested to see how these ones play out

I haven't looked at a total on this one at all. Buerhle was unusually wild last time in a 4-3 game. I'd likely expect fewer still. Just my opinion as I haven't really dug deep. Until I see that the Marlins have not quit, I'd have a hard time taking them to contribute their fair share to any Over. Cheers....
