Wow, First Preview sounds like another winner !! Good luck with the show !
for those who are in the Vegas area, ESPN radio is 1100 AM or 98.9 FM
R.J. - Thats great news. I just know this will be a tremendous success. Congrats to you and all the Pregame family.
When you get a moment, maybe you can suggest how someone like myself, who resides in New Orleans, can hear the show whenever it airs? (Perhaps live?)
I have several questions, but won't ask them all now. Just a couple.
Is there already a way I will be able to listen (perhaps through ESPN Radio via my PC?
Will radio stations such as WWL AM Radio be able to purchase the show then air it. As I'm sure you know, you can pick up WWL AM Radio out of New Orleans there in Vegas on any radio. They do all L.S.U games as well as Saints games. I guess thats more of a economic question. WWL is very sports orientated and at night love sports airings.
Anyway, I just hope I get to listen, preferably live, but if not taped or perhaps rerun on Pregame.
Good luck ,
Harry

Google
You want a handicapping tip? Spend as much time getting a good number as you do researching games. Depositing/withdrawing/depositing/withdrawing is a bitch, but I guarantee you will lose less, or win more. I can't guarantee that for any other piece of advice

RJ congrats but somebody who has been here alot longer like MIKE HOOK and has helped the forum a million times more then Spreitzer why didn't he get the gig? Spreitzer Iskoe Eckstein are all new to pregame. People here Spreitzer and think of JIM FEIST people here MIKE HOOK and think of PREGAME. I'm not bashing jUST MY THOUGHTS HOPE IM NOT IN TROUBLE.
Lloyd Chistmas - Thank you Lloyd!
Pregame is always open to feedback - positive as well as critical. My thinking about FIRST PREVIEW is simple:How can we provide the most value to the listener?Quite simply, that goal will guide me in all cases. When it comes to hosting an ESPN radio, experience is most certainly required. Scott Spreitzer has 10+ years of hosting experience, and we are very lucky to have him. After listening to him for even a few shows what will be at the forefront is his depth of knowledge and not who he worked with many years ago.I will be making great efforts to leverage all of our Pregame.com talent for FIRST PREVIEW. Specifically with Mike Hook - once he is settled in Vegas we will give him every chance to contribute in any & every way which provides value to the listener.
Sounds like its gonna be another Home Run!
For Pregame..
good things come to those who are paitent
RJ- I thought you might find this a tad funny.
Many years ago, (VERY MANY), Scott was on the show most people my age (64) remember him on. My wife, who loves football, would never miss the show which aired on USA Network, and I was living on the Gulf Coast in Mississippi. My job (marketing) conflicted time wise with the show Scott was on. Scott was "the baby" of the panel, yet I always told my wife, when you watch the show Scott is on, make sure you write everything (selections/reasons) Scott says down. I don't care about the other panel members or the late great host, Jack Snow, just make sure you get every word Scott says and put it in writing. I lost Scott's records in Katrina, but I can tell you that for as long as I got that info from Scott, he always had a commanding lead % wise at the end of each college and pro football season. Of course the late Jack Snow, was a great host, and did not make picks. But I know he would be proud to see Scott in this role.
Now he is Pregame Host. I'm sure you could not find a more knowledgable, sharp and friendlier host. He is, as you know and others will see, a natural. Once again RJ, you picked another winner!
