DeVries up from the minors to start for Minny tonight... In AAA he had a very pedestrian 4.24 ERA. Minny has already brought up and used 3 AAA pitchers this season (Hendriks, Walters, Diamond), so starting the season he was at best the 4th starter for Rochester. Humber to the hill for Chicago tonight with a 4.24 xFIP and .274 BABIP. Minny hits him well, posting a 930 OPS when facing him. DeVries may get through the Chicago lineup once, but he does not appear to be an elite prospect with great stuff, so Chicago should get to him in the middle innings. Minny hits Humber will, so we're going to play this one OVER.
