When do baseball futures come out?

When do over/ unders come out?

Are there places where you can wager what free agent goes where.

Just a tidbit from my expertise. 

The Giants made a nice trade today.  They traded a very solid starter in Sanchez to the Royals for Melky Cabrera.    Melky Cabrera suddenly becomes the best OF the Giants have and save about 5 million dollars next year.  That being said, Beltran is now off the books, and I believe Aaron Rowand is either at the end or close enough to be bought out.  I think Jose Reyes is headed to the Bay........and I d be willing to bet on it.
