If you've been following my MLB picks you know I'm VERY selective and in fact for the entire month of June I've had SIX triple best bets going 4-1-1.
I had written up this Miami play with the intention of backing it a best bet but when the line opened at -140 it fell short.
I still like the play and will post it as a 2* and it is yours FREE TODAY!
Miami - 140 vs Atlanta
Wei-Yan Chen is making his eight start since May 17th but only has one decision, that was a win. He pitched here a month ago (May 28th) and held the Braves to one rune on 2 hits but got a no-decision. Since that time Miami has gone 4-1 in his 5 starts and on the season and Chen is pitching much better on the road versus at home. Chen is also a Lefty and that has caused the Braves fits as their are #28 in batting average versus Southpaws. Meanwhile Miami is #9 out of the 30 MLB teams on On Base Pct versus righties and Braves pitcher Mike Foltynewicz is making his first Braves start since May 30th after being on the DL with an elbow injury. The current performance of MLB teams is vital and if you read by BANKROLL BUILDER forum post from Tuesday you will see that Miami is ahead of Atlanta in ALL SIX categories over the last 2 weeks. Marlins happy to be home after winning 4 of their last 5 their including 3 versus the Cubs while Atlanta just got swept and has dropped 5 of their last 6.
