On this date back in 1964 all hell broke loose at a soccer game. And I do mean all hell. I've been to some pretty heated games in my life. Team that had intense rivalries going. Where the fans got in each others grills and about went on full tilt. Cardinals and Cubs games, Packers and Bears, been to some Missouri and Kansas games where it got hairy in the parking lot. But NOTHING compared to this. I cannot comprehend what it would be like if something like this occurred in our country. It was on this date back in 1964 in Lima Peru that that a referee made a call that did not go over well and a riot ensued. Final results of the fan's anger was 300 people KILLED and more than 500 injured. Seriously, just think about that the next time you see some fans venting about a blown call. I remember when Ron Artest went off in Detroit at a game some years back and the fans got involved. I remember what a big deal that was. Well, this is off the charts. I take sports seriously, it's my business. But good grief.
Okay, a free release. I like Sale and Tomlin to hook up for a special one tonight and therefore am going with the under 7 in the game between the Indians and White Sox. Not a fan of either club but this should be a good one to watch. That is if you like pitching duels.
On the business side we cashed again last night with another Triple Star as the Royals smacked down the Twins. Only drama there was the weather. Thankfully after a delay they got the thing in. Have had a total of 19 Triples in the month of may and have cashed in on 13 of them, 68% winners. Long term they are up 259 units. 122 more of them have cashed in than not. Anyway, I have a Triple Star Diamond Game of the Week loaded up for tonight.
On a side note. I just built a new home and will be moving the few days so likely will not be on the forum as much. I assure my clients I will still be doing my work. But I am sure many of you know the drill. Moving creates some anarchy for a few days. Many thanks as always and best of luck to everybody today, enjoy your tuesday!
