Whats up Sleepy? Been off line for a couple months.. Regarding Aldridge to the Spurs --it's hard to imagine this not being a very successful trade for both Aldridge and the Spurs. With Duncan coming back for what may be his last season I believe San Antonio will ball out this year and should be in the Western Conference Finals. With Parker, Duncan , Leonard , Green , Aldridge in the starting line up the Spurs really are a power house. They may be adding more pieces to the pie before its over. I would have liked to see Greg Monroe heading to the Spurs as well- the Bucks instead but with him on the floor when Duncan sat or at times with both and Aldridge the Spurs would be very tough to beat... Also liking the moves Dallas has made. Jordan and Mathews add serious depth to the Mavz. It would have been sweet had they kept onto Ellis or Rondo though. Obviously Rondo had issues fitting in last season but I believe the Mavz should have let this ride out into next season with waiting to develop a trade of Rondo had it gone sour after 2-3 months into the season. My opinion on other teams so far-- I truly believe Phil Jackson is starting to put together a very solid team in the Knicks. Porzingis is going to pan out and leave all the doubters in the dust. The draft trade up to get Grant was a excellent move as well as bringing in Lopez. Now the Knicks have 5 PG's in Calderon ,Shved ,Galloway, Larkin and Grant. With room to move 2 of these guys and really all being fairly solid players- the Knicks will add another very solid player possibly with dumping 2 of these PG's and another player. Personally I would look to start Galloway , Melo , Lopez , Bargnani or Grant and Acy with Porzingis coming off the bench for 20+ minutes... This squad will be competitive. Much improved and a certain 38-40 game winner which should make a playoff spot--- 7th or 8th...
