Coming off a loss and taking on a struggling Jays squad, I really wanted to bet Felix Hernandez today but simply don't like laying -150 type juice. Instead, I'm taking a look at the series price of Seattle -110. Obviously, in this case, you need another pitcher to also come through for you, but you also get to put up significantly less money to win a unit. Seattle has been hitting a bit better of late, and the prices in the other two games of this series should be around pickem given the pitching matchups:
Game 1: Hernandez vs. Estrada
Game 2: Paxton vs. Buehrle
Game 3: Walker vs. Sanchez
The only game I'd give the edge to the Jays in is Game 2 only because of how well they mash left-handed pitching. But Paxton has been better of late, and without Travis in the lineup the Jays have been in sort of a funk. Given how shaky all three of those Jays starters going in this series have been, the series price for the M's looks very reasonable.
