Miami Marlins -148
Out of 158 pitchers in my database, Martinez ranks dead-last as he's been absolutely terrible this season. Rangers are 1-10 in Martinez' last 11 starts. Sure some of these losses are due to a terrible BP, non-existent offense, and poor defensive play. But that's where Miami has distinct advantages, in addition to their starter. Rangers are 25-39 (-10.1 U) on the road, 33-54 (16.2 U) against a right-hander, and 6-18 in their last 24 games when facing a team with a 'winning record'. Speaking of having a 'winning record', Marlins are 63-62 on the season, 37-30 (+5.8 U) at home, and 12-4 in inter-league play. They're 8-3 in their last 11 games and I like their chances to get the job done here as well. My model has this game at -162 ML so there's value on the home team as well.
