The Orioles have done a good job feasting on lefties as they are 5-0 in their last five road games vs. a left-handed starter and 10-4 in their last 14 games overall. Tillman limited these White Sox to only one hit in seven scoreless innings last time he faced Chicago and while Quintana can be tough to hit at times, the Orioles have all of the momentum right now.
