I follow HK on occasion. I'm going to use my layman's explanation of his system. He basically uses progressive betting and has never lost 5 times in a row. That's basically it. So be $50 the first time, if that loses, bet $100, if that loses, bet $150, etc. etc. So you always get your principal back with your last bet that you win + a bit of profit. So when he says he's lost 0 times, he means he's never lost 5 in a row.
The tricky part is that he's doing a few series at at time (or what he calls chases). Think of a Come bet in craps. Same concept. He always starts at the 1st bet and goes forward. Just hard to keep track daily!
Regardless, I think HK is onto something. Patience and managed betting can lead to long term profits.
