The Red Sox are looking towards the future and received some very fine players from the Dodgers farm system who can help them next year. As far as betting ... IMO they are fade material for the rest of THIS year.
That's way off line, Adrian Gonzalez isn't even close to being that good. Crawford wasn't even playing and if anything, Beckett's departure should INCREASE them, not have them drop in price.

Last night, Adrian electrified the crowd with a home run in his 1st at bat at Dodger Stadium. It will be interesting to see how this effects the Sox. I still think it will affect them negatively. Late season fire sales are never good for team morale.
the offense is still doing well, the pitching didnt really change... I think they will continue scoring runs especially with the added speed element with podsednik, ciriaco, and ellsbury all batting in order usually
