We are not friends anymore. Obviously I am on the other side of this one. I think KCs speed will be a big factor. They play great defense and their bullpen has been lights out but I give the Giants the advantage in starting pitching, experience, and manager. The two teams play similar styles of baseball. You are right about the NLCS. If the Cardinals had played better defense the series could have taken a different turn. I think this series either goes 6-7 or the Giants crush them. Bumgarner is way better than Shields and if the Giants win that first game in KC they might just not recover from that.
Just to have some fun, don't get mad, ok? You stated 3 advantages.
1. Starting Pitching : Ok, you get Bumgarner. But i sure hope the other 3 pitch better then last time out.
Peavy, 4in, 4h, 2r, 1hr & 3bb
Vogelsong 3in, 7h, & 4r
Hudson 6.1in, 7h & 4r
2.Experience: Big deal, their old.
3.Manager: Why? Cause he beat a StL team that had Wainwright at 70%, then lost one of the best catchers in the game.

I think you should replace Vogelsong with Petit.
I'd be shocked if Vogelsong starts in the WS.
[/quote]"VB" I'm not the HOF coach, Bochy is and he penciled in Vogelsong for game 4. Doesnt mean he can't change his mind. But it may not matter at that point.lol
