When Kobe takes over it's a disaster for the team. I've heard so much about the "Princeton Offense" I'm ready to fade Princeton University basketball games. Lakers are a great fade team so far. When do you think this train will stop?
Eventually they will cover the spread next month - what game will it be?

The schedule dictates a home court advantage... at some point they'll be road underdogs - I'm looking as far down as Week 3 on the road
realistically sunday SHOULD be their first straight up win. Can't wait to see that number
I completely agree they HAVE TO WIN Detroit because they're on the road to Utah after and that's no picknick - they always lose at Utah - and then there's Friday vs GSW
But will they cover on Sunday v Detroit? -3.5, -5.5? What do you think it'll be? If it's -7.5 does the fade continue? Where do you draw the line?
THEY WILL BE IN THE PLAYOFFS THAT ALL THAT MATTERS TO LAKER NATION FANS !!!!!!!! UNDER 57 TOTAL WINS FOR THE SEASON LOOKING GOOD RIGHT NOW !!!!!!!!!!! G L !
I've got dibs on the Phoenix game.
It's bad when I'm a Lakers fan and I have started to print shirts in Purple and Gold that say " Shut Up and Play D" and "Kobe Just Shut Up and Win" Jerry West, Kareem, Magic, Jordan, Wilt, Bird, Dr. J... none of them told their fan bases to Shut Up, or called them Dumb in the media. What a complete idiot.

Line opened at -8.5... Anyone on Detroit +8.5 besides me?
I think at some point this team is going to either start clicking by Christmas or February. That's hell or high water. Until that happens, I'd like to reiterate the question and invite all posters to voice an opinion.
OK - They are now 1-4 (btw 1-4 ATS) Next game is against Golden State at home on Friday. Say it settles at -3.5 Lakers early after a -3, -2.5 shift on GS early on...
Any thoughts, comments welcome! BOL
So it opened -6.5 vs GS. At some point there will be an all out Laker blitz on a lesser team like Sacramento on Sunday if they lose or only cover on Friday against GS. If it doesn't happen this weekend (it's not gonna happen hosting the spurs on tues) Look to next Friday hosting Phoenix..
