You guys don't realize that when the starters rest for a game the reserves are very motivated to get a chance to show their stuff. As a result, the team plays better for one game than if some unmotivated starters play. There isn't a significant talent difference between most players in the NBA so motivation is usually the biggest factor if one team has a motivation edge over their opponent.
