Aaron Bruski joins the show to talk some post-NBA Finals news and notes.
Golden State is in elite status and Aaron feels that they are one of the top 20 teams in the last 20 years, even though they played a banged up and thin Cavs squad. Even though the Cavs were thin, Aaron feels they still played well and that we have have seen the best Lebron ever in this series.
Should Iggy have been the MVP? Aaron feels it would have been hard for him to vote for Iggy. He did a lot, but still Lebron did more and The Warriors would not have won it without Curry.
Will Lebron go anywhere or will he stay at Cleveland? Aaron feels that he will stay and also states that if Lebron wants a new head coach, then they will probably fire Blatt.
Will Kevin Love leave town? Aaron feels that Love will see what Lebron is going to do before he makes his choice. It probably benefits Kevin to stay at Cleveland for at least one year.
The Cavs are the clear favorite to win the title next year. Should they be? They should again cruise into the NBA Finals next year, but still the Warriors have all the pieces to make another run and they should be even better next year than they were this year. Aaron would take the Warriors to win the title over Cleveland in a landslide.
Aaron's longshot to win the title next year would be the Clippers. They have depth issues, but still have probably the best starting five in the league.
Of the new coaching changes, which has the best chance of making an impact on their team? Aaron feels that Michael Malone of the Denver Nuggets. He will be considered a top 5 coach in the NBA in a few years and Aaron feels to bet the Over on the Nuggets win total this year.
Gentry should be a good hire in New Orleans as well.
Will the Rockets go after Rondo. If he has a great summer of rehab then he is an absolutely a good fit for the Rockets, but he buy into their system.
