The numbers show that most pick buyers prefer to purchase daily packages rather than a discounted subscription – mostly because they like the flexibility of finding what they consider to be the best winning situation each day.

The most common considerations for those daily decisions are:
*Feelings about that Pro overall (based upon free content, forum interaction, long-term performance)
* How big the pick is (size of play correlates to confidence level)
* Hot streaks (good recent form is meaningful to many)
* Specific Situations (a certain Pro in certain situations like specific sports, bet types, conferences, teams, etc)

It’s logical that many sports bettors are more confident picking the best winning situation that day from among the Pros’ packages . . . compared to the complexity of personally handicapping all the teams on the schedule in a lone effort to find edges the market has not accounted for. Others like using the Pros they pick as a factor in their overall bet selection process.

Each person “handicaps the handicappers” differently . . . and like game handicapping, insight from others can be helpful. The purpose of this DAILY thread is to share your handicapper handicap – helping others find the best winning situations that day.

Many will pick the obviously biggest play of that day – and that makes sense because an especially big play is special. Don’t be shy sharing that you think biggest play is also the best winning situation – bettors who feel the same way will like seeing that the many agree with them. Others will like finding the non-obvious winning situations – picking and sharing those insights will help others find value that they might have missed otherwise.

If you spend the time to look around PregamePros.com – spend the extra two minutes to reply to this daily thread and share the package that you think offers the best winning situation that day – ideally including a sentence explaining your thought process.

Other pick buyers will appreciate it!

My choice for today would be Spartan's Monster Triple College Kickoff.

70% College Triple Winners in 2013 and he is 358-254 overall triples.

Typically I would only pick one package, but with the $1 best bet Thursday from Greg Shaker, there's a no-brainer: http://pregame.com/pregamepros/pro-bettor/bettor.aspx?id=7329#capper

Plus

Kickoff Triple from Spartan – he’s off a huge winning football season, and he’s best at Triples (+252 units lifetime!) and he hit 70% of CFB Triples Last Year!

This is a great thread. With 3 major sports about to be in full swing, i always look to see who is offering something different or something added. I like how a handicapper will often go back to his bread and butter or dig for value in the least bet sport on that specific day. I like to look at the daily's offered myself. Today my pick would be Brady Kannon...College Football/Baseball ThreeFer!...That's the one that caught my eye this morning.

I would say that Scott Spreitzer is a good choice for tonight. He has been hot Going 24-10 in his last 34 plays overall, plus he is 23-9 in all football plays dating back to last year. He also is 121-91 in his last 212 Thursday/Friday games. Scott has his Thursday night Knockout and his first Dog Pound Release. pregame.com/.../bettor.aspx

Now someone I would look at for Saturday is Ken Thomson. He specializes in CFB and now he has had a full summer to get ready for it. It's just like teams getting a full offseason to prepare for the Navy Triple Option. I have to really imagine that Ken is ready. He has 2 CFB plays for Saturday at just $19.00. I think it is worth it.  http://pregame.com/pregamepros/pro-bettor/bettor.aspx?id=86509#capper

I think this is a VERY difficult question EVERY day.    I read EVERYONE's picks, I respect the heck out of the work everyone does.  NOW........this is going to be EXTREMELY controversial., BUT I will say it::

I LOVE the cappers that go out of the box and fire away on derivatives/team totals/etc.   So Shaker is a must read every morning.  I also LOVE the guys who fire EARLY to beat line moves, and fire LATE (even if it costs them sales) to get the best of the number (The best example would be Tulsa -5 or Tulane +7-115 plays).  I love cappers that have made me tons of money over the years (Smokin Cokin HELLO!)

I am NOT so fond of the cappers that put up the "happy action fun time" plays like CFB teasers, non correlated parlays of the month, and ML parlays.  I'm not saying you will lose playing someone's CFB teasers,BUT over any large sample if you DO win playing them you will win MORE betting each play ATS (the books just rip you off completely on CFB teasers they should pay at +110 or more, it's a very very hard game,).   I'd buy Ken THomson since

1)  He hasn't sold ANYTHING all summer, getting ready for CFB AND

2)  HE USED to play CFB teasers and actually listened to me and now does not.

If I had to bet someone's stuff blind, I'd probably go Smash Mouth with Scott..........even with a spread team!

So very unclear who to go with.  I have to go now, as I need to sign up for Gomes NBA REGULAR SEASON annual service!  NOw, THAT is an ez one

I guess we would fall into both categories Surprise:

136 La.-Monroe 3.5 (-110) BetOnline vs 135 Wake Forest

137 Tulane 14.0 (-130) Bodog vs 138 Tulsa Analysis: Two team teaser:

Tulane +14 to Rutgers +15

Some forum posters have broken into the industry and have achieved moderate success while carrying themselves with professionalism and integrity. Dave Essler, of the pick-selling site Pregame, immediately comes to mind.

As a pure handicapper, I don't think there is anyone better than Dave Essler.   One of THE STRONGEST handicappers I have ever seen.......

Update for Friday games

I'm liking Teddy Covers' Friday Night Absolute Annihilator.

Perfect 7-0 this week!
