I'm going to reluctantly enter this thread on a leap of faith that Falsecover is sincere and not just creating unnecessary drama and making those who had the Pacers last night feel even worse than they already feel both from a bankroll and emotional standpoint.
I put out the Pacers as a Triple Star Playoff Game of the Year play. I was wrong. I own it and accept the heat (no pun intended). But going into that matchup my record on my last 61 Triple Stars was 37-23-1. That's just about 62 percent. My lifetime record on NBA Triple Stars was 40-25-3, which also is just about 62 percent.
I'm proud of that record, but no it's not 100 percent. It was a Triple Star meaning 3 units. The other units the Pregame pros use are 2 units and 1 unit. No where was it, or ever stated, to bet more than 3 units max.
I'm damn sorry you and everybody who bought the pick lost. I thought the odds were in our favor. But this is gambling and money management is as important as the handicap.
I like tonight's NBA game a lot, too. But I'm not putting it out as a Triple Star after just losing a Triple Star. I think a better way of using time is to start a thread on proper money management rather than writing about how different handicappers buried you.
