Liked Toronto today & was DEAD WRONG
Toronto much like Washington
Gained so many robust numbers from youthful players in 2013-14,
Both Teams are seemingly on the cusp of grasping the proverbial torch
Making it to the TOP-SHELF of NBA Teams & Players
NBA Gametime Crew appropriately described the scene in Toronto
As the custy Vets brought their A-Game (especially The Truth; P Pierce)
The REAL question in Chicago Sunday:
WILL BULLS be able to close-off John Wall?
(in the same manner BKL took out DeRozan?)
Not likely. Wall has the ball in his hands too soon and often
So many areas & reasons to like Washington

Really wished to see the EXACT Referee assignment
Yet, we’ll still be sure to have a VET Crew for this one
Either way, The Rockets and their #1 FT Rate will certainly get to line
James Harden has a decorated & particularly heavy-handed, bombastic amount of Playoff experience for a 24 year old.
The Playoffs have really been Harden’s time to lean, bump, frustrate & get-over, & 'The Bearded Assassin' Harden can especially "pitch-a-****" vs WEAKER Defensive Players & Teams.
In so many additional Departments & Unit Matchups,
Portland is still THE matchup Houston wanted
The Rockets have a lot to like w/the individual player-by-player matchups:
HOU Harden vs POR Mathews
HOU Howard vs POR Lopez
HOU Beverly (DEFENSIVE Effort) vs POR Lillard
HOU Parsons vs POR Batum
All of which have unusually advantageous elements favoring the Rockets
Thus, It's at LEAST 3 to 2 Matchups favoring HOU (POR Aldridge CLEAR Edge on Jones)
(Beverley's MTM DEFENSIVE Game is also much more problematic for Blazers than it might appear on the surface)
It might be said that POR likes some of the stylistics HOU represents...yet many Portland advantages are wiped away by HOU:
- AGE (Both Teams start all players in their 20's
- PLAYOFF EXPERIENCE (Advantage D-12 & 'Beardy')
- 3-PT SHOOTING (POR #5; yet HOU is #1)
Lastly, 1 area HOU struggled all yr; T-OVERS (HOU Dead-Last 15% Pos. ended in T-ovr)
POR isn't likely to take full advantage; (POR was dead-Last in FORCED T-ovrs at 11%)
Really see Houston handling Portland pretty easy in Game 1
