Holy Moly...

Did Steve Nash miss both free throws? Did the Lakers blow another 18 point lead? I'm not surprised with the outcome but the amount of chances they had to COVER is mindboggling.

all I have to say is that the Lakers are turrible, however the Bobcats are even worse if thats possible?  I mean blowing a 20 pt lead at home?  Wow just wow!!

I swear everytime I talk shit about this team they win. They were down 20 at the time of this post, they won AND covered the -6.5

Streaky. Boston B2B travel, Buss tribute, 1st game back from the break, trade deadline... Emotions were high but wonder how long it will continue. Next game is Friday hosting Portland. Unless they put up a "Spurs-type" line that day, I'd reconsider the proposition.

This is gonna be a fun rest of the season!

From Dave McMenamin @mcten :

Breaking down the final 25 games of the Lakers' schedule, and out of those games ...

Eight of those games are against teams ahead of them in the Western Conference standings -- essentially worth double, especially when they come against teams like the Rockets and Warriors just ahead of them in the standings.

The eight games are:

@DEN - Feb. 25

@OKC - March 5

@GSW - March 25

vs. MEM - April 5

@LAC - April 7

vs. GSW - April 12

vs. SAS - April 14

vs. HOU - April 17

For those that like to FADE the Lakers... Now's the time at -10.5 and a Total of 205.5... Hosting the Minnesota Timberwolves. (Lean Under)  Those are Spurs-type numbers...

I jumped the gun. These are those "spurs"-type numbers I was talking about starting to emerge...

Feb 28 Minnesota Timberwolves   -10 206 Won  116 - 94   Win  /  Over
Mar 3 Atlanta Hawks   -6 206 Won  99 - 98   Loss  /  Under
Mar 5 Oklahoma City Thunder   9.5 215 Lost  105 - 122   Loss  /  Over
Mar 6 New Orleans Hornets   -2 204 Won  108 - 102   Win  /  Over
Mar 8 Toronto Raptors   -7.5 207 Won  118 - 116   Loss  /  Over

NewOrleans +2 was a joke when I first saw it. But that was a crazy game with a crazy finish. B2B after not covering +9.5 in OKC. However the Toronto game in OT was a fantastic ATS Loss.

I wonder how much value there is in Jazz Fading if they're ever favored? Confused

Not pulling any triggers at all, but what makes Chicago that bad? Been too busy this week to even glance at the Bulls schedule or IR so I'm totally OUT; hate this time of the NBA anyway... GL
