Denver just got Iguodala for giving up Afflalo, Harrington and a first round pick. That might be the short end of this stick. But Andre is currently playing in the Olympics and it's probable he'll walk into Denver with a Gold Medal.
I don't see how anybody loses. Lakers keep Pau, get Dwight. Philly gets Bynum (perfect fit for the downtown Philly area imo) and Richardson. New Orlando GM just learned how to talk to other GMs.
