I was 15-7 going into Game 3 of the Thunder-Heat championship series, but have lost my last three plays losing twice on the side and once on the total.
So my confidence and feel for this series is shaken. I don't feel right putting out a paid play on tonight's game. But I'm happy to provide a few thoughts on the matchup for what's it's worth. You may even want to fade me considering I've lost my three last plays.
I still am not convinced Miami is better than Oklahoma City. My lean is to the Thunder. However, I would have to get 5 1/2 points to get involved with the Thunder and the oddsmaker isn't giving that. I was surprised the number opened so low, perhaps an overreaction to LeBron James' cramps.
If I had to make a play, I'd consider going under 194. My thinking is the Heat will look to slow things down after Russell Westbrook's big game. A slower pace is to Miami's advantage. It allows the Heat to continue to deny James Harden open looks.
This has turned into a physical series and I expect this game to be very physical, too. The Heat are physical and intimidating at home, while the Thunder have their playoff lives at stake. I'm not worried, though, about excessive fouls being called. The referees have been letting the teams play only whistling fouls in obvious situations.
As always, no bad luck.
Appreciate your thoughts Mr. Nover and considering your bad luck as of late, i feel reassured with liking Miami & Over(no disrespect intended)....I think OKC will play every spade they have in their hand tonight & will........Damn thing did not post all of my response, *** it! BOL Mr. Nover
"EVERY DOG HAS HIS DAY"
Thanks Griff. Best of luck to you, too, sir since I won't have a dog in this fight.
Steve I happen to agree I think the thunder ROAR tonight.
and I have not touched a game in this series for the same reason just couldn't get a feel for these two teams but tonight I feel it and my feelings say thunder outright..I'm Telling you steve and I meen It if I just listen to my gut I would be a rich man..so tonight I'M listening THUNDER!!!
good things come to those who are paitent
Oklahoma will definitely seek redemption tonight and shine in Miami. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook will go off tonight and combine for over 55 points. The Money Line +130 is the pick here

Discipline, young purks. Discipline.
Thanks Purks. Now, though, you know why I didn't get involved with the game. My feel was totally off. Still, it was a great season and my congrats to the Heat even though they were the last team I wanted to see win the title.
