Deron Cherry...one of the best safeties to ever play the game, but never got his due because he played most of his career for the Chiefs in the 1980's. Should be in the Hall of Fame.
jack morris...how is he not in the HOF?
Tyler Morgan just nailed one with Deron Cherry of the Chiefs, actually Lloyd Burrus is not that far behind him. Excellent call Tyler!
Thanks Spartan...true, Burrus was not far behind. That whole secondary was amazing...Kevin Ross, Albert Lewis...one of the best ever IMO.
Derron Cherry - NFL - I had that pegged before reading ther thread. Runner up - Roger Craig - 49ers RB - all purpose stud.
NBA - I agree totally with Johnny Detroit and his choice. Averaginf 24 ppg on that team behind Thomas...UNREAL talented guy, grew up watching him....
MLB - Andre Dawson - The Hawk

Ray Guy (Punter - Oakland Raiders) Should have been inducted intoThe Hall of Fame years ago. I have never heard so many members of The Hall of Fame, both living, and before those deceased passed, remark how Ray Guy not being inducted by now, was mind boggling and just wrong. I was alot younger, but have never seen any other pro punter have more of a direct impact on a football game by himself, than Ray Guy. Shame on you voters!
